Seventh Sense Consulting (SSC) initially requests some background and context to issues and or objectives raised to fully understand requirements.

SITE VISIT IS CO-ORDINATED
A site visit is organised as soon as practicable to develop a solid understanding of venue/site existing conditions, immediate locality and catchment. Detailed discussions are held with client and all relevant stakeholders to determine the nature and extent of business issues and objectives and get an understanding of budget and timing.

VENUE DEVELOPMENT BRIEF IS PROVIDED
SSC will confirm the brief within the next few business days with the client and provide recommendations on next steps to keep in line with project or exercise time constraints. (Recommendations may include initial general advice and/or preliminary design and layout advice).
